Early summer update. Grandma Kari visited from AZ. Lots of park time with the boys.

I've done a couple triathlons after taking last season off. I haven't figured out yet whether I love or loathe them, but I keep coming back.

Luke got his first stitches. Three in the knee from falling on a rock. Needless to say, the stitches hurt worse than the injury.

Ben will eat ANYTHING. Broccoli to peas to asphalt.

A fun day at Crane Beach on the North Shore with our friends the Cuylers.

A day trip to the Rineharts (Kurt, Susie and Cole) in Vershire, VT. A beautiful place where Luke got to play with some turkeys and pigs.
